研究方向:
植物器官从头再生的调控机制
植物再生是植物体对受损结构进行自我修复或替代的过程,已广泛应用于树木优良品种的快繁与保存、遗传工程的改良及分子设计育种等。目前研究主要集中以下三个方向:
(1)树木不定根再生的机制;
(2)树木不定芽再生的调控机理;
(3)树木应对逆境的再生策略。
主持项目:
(1)国家自然科学基金面上项目,乙烯调控细胞壁重塑促进杨树不定芽再生的分子机制,50万元;
(2)国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,年龄调控杨树不定根从头再生的机制
研究,24万元;
(3)科技创新2030重大项目子课题,江淮地区纸浆材优质高产杨树新材料创制,60万元;
(4)博士后创新人才支持计划,年龄调控杨树不定芽再生的分子机制,
63万元;
(5)中国博士后科学基金面上资助,生长素调控杨树微扦插生根的分子机制
