主要研究方向
1) 细胞增殖调控:主要以拟南芥和杨树为材料,运用分子遗传学和细胞生物学等技术,研究植物分生组织(形成层)细胞增殖的分子调控机制。
2) 去泛素化酶功能:主要以杨树为材料,运用分子生物学和多组学等技术,探究去泛素化酶及相关蛋白泛素化修饰在调控杨树生长发育和胁迫响应等方面的作用机制。
