Research narrative:Our lab studies the evolutionary processes involved in adaptation and speciation. Our focus is understanding the genetic changes associated with these processes, as well as the ecological factors that drive them. Although we concentrate on the evolution of floral characters, we also study the evolution of plant-enemy interactions. We combine molecular approaches with field experiments to obtain a complete picture of evolutionary change.
