林木群体基因组学与分子设计育种
以毛白杨种质资源群体为材料,综合运用分子遗传学、基因组学、表观遗传学与全基因组关联作图(GWAS)等联合生物学方法,并结合林木育种学与计算生物学手段,系统解析群体基因组与表观基因组等位变异特征,重点筛选与重要目标性状显著连锁的功能标记位点,建立林木数量性状遗传变异解析策略,从而建立高效稳定的林木分子设计育种技术体系。
